How can I help?
Let people know about the needs in Fairfax County…urge others to collect Toys, jackets, children’s books. If you know of a business which has items you feel would benefit children, see if they can donate them..An example: Toothbrushes and toothpaste are donated by a dentist. Another vendor allows at cost buying for sweatshirts/pants. If you have an idea, share it.
The important thing to remember, most of us live very comfortably and have food on the table when we are hungry, warm clothing and someone to care for us. In Fairfax County there is great need not only of shelter, but food, clothing, and a Caring Heart.
